Terms and Conditions:

• The quotation is valid for days from the date of issuance.
• This price includes all the charges, such as transportation, installation & commissioning and, synchronization of solar power plant. Any additional work after finalization of quotation will be charged additionally.
• 70% advance payment while placing order & 30% after complete work.
• Fire extinguisher and cleaning arrangements, if required, will be provided at additional cost.

Warranty (details given in certificate):

Warranty starts from the date of installation/commissioning or delivery, whichever is earlier. It covers manufacturing & material defects and performance under normal operating condition.

• Solar Panels (Modules): 12 Years product warranty & 30 Years performance warranty.
• Inverter: 8 Years manufacturer warranty.
• Balance of System (BOS): 5 Years warranty on BOS & all other components.

Warranty Exclusion (details given in certificate):

The warranty does not cover damages arising from physical damage, mishandling, or improper storage; improper installation or unauthorized servicing; lack of maintenance or negligence; electrical faults such as voltage fluctuations or surges; natural calamities including fire, flood, or lightning; or any unauthorized modifications to the system.
